    Harford Community College Application



    We are excited you are considering attending Harford Community College and joining the Fighting Owl Family!


    The application should only take a few minutes and there is no application fee for the general application. 

    Current Dual Enrolled Students:
    Please choose Returning Users and login with your OwlNet credentials.

    Prospective Nursing Students for Summer and Fall 2026:
    You must complete the general application before you can access the Nursing application. The Nursing application can be accessed at the following link using your Owlnet credentials: https://admissions.harford.edu/register/2026FA_Nursing

    If you are interested in taking a community education or workforce program, the application process is built into your registration, visit: https://ce.harford.edu/

    Winter Break Closure
    The college will be closed for Winter Break beginning at noon on Tuesday, DEC 23 until Friday, Jan 2. We reopen on Monday, JAN 5. Applications submitted during break will be processed when we return on JAN 5.

    2026 Applicants:

    Please note that if you plan to take classes during December or January, you will need to apply for the Spring semester.

    Spring semester start dates are:

    JAN 5  | 3-week classes begin (ends JAN 24)
    JAN 26 |  official start of the spring semester with 15-week classes starting this date
