Application Terms Available:

Fall 2026 — Open
Winter/Spring 2027 — Open

The application should only take a few minutes, and there is no application fee for the general application. If you are interested in taking a community education or workforce program, the application process is built into your registration. Visit: https://ce.harford.edu/

Current Dual Enrolled Students:
Please choose Returning Users and log in with your OwlNet credentials.

Spring 2027 Nursing Program Applicants:
The Nursing program application will be available in OwlNet from July 15 through September 15.

For New Harford Students: You should receive your OwlNet credentials approximately two business days after submitting your general application (due September 7). Once your account is set up, log in to OwlNet, then select the ATTN NURSING APPLICANTS tab at the top of the page to access the application.

For Current Harford Students: Log in to OwlNet using your existing credentials, then select the ATTN NURSING APPLICANTS tab at the top of the page to access the application.
