    Application Terms Available:

    -Fall 2026 - open
    -Winter/Spring 27 - open

    The application should only take a few minutes and there is no application fee for the general application. If you are interested in taking a community education or workforce program, the application process is built into your registration, visit: https://ce.harford.edu/

    Current Dual Enrolled Students:
    Please choose Returning Users and login with your OwlNet credentials.

    Spring 27 Nursing Program Applicants:
    The Nursing program application will be available in OwlNet from 7/15 - 9/15.

    For New Harford Students: You should receive your OwlNet credentials approximately two business days after submitting your general application (due SEPT 7). Once your account is set up, log in to OwlNet, then select the ATTN NURSING APPLICANTS tab at the top of the page to access the application.

    For Current Harford Students: Log in to OwlNet using your existing credentials, then select the ATTN NURSING APPLICANTS tab at the top of the page to access the application.
