Join us on virtually for an event focused on awarding noncredit students the Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship. This event will cover the application process for certification and licensure programs. Eligible students can receive up to $5,000. The Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship is one of Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC)’s most popular scholarships. For the 7 years run of the Promise Scholarship, Harford Community College has awarded over 500 students, from both credit and non-credit programs, over 2 MILLION dollars in free aid!
